Fourthly, inspect the elevator wire rope, observing any broken wires, wear, kinks, corrosion, etc. Mark the positions where the wear and broken wires are serious but have not exceeded the standard, so as to focus on tracking and reviewing. Additionally, check whether the safety limiter of the wire rope in the drum is effective, whether the wire rope pressure plate on the drum is pressed tightly, and whether the number of pressure plates is appropriate.
Finally, check the elevator reducer mainly to see if there is any oil leakage. If there is an abnormal sound in the box during operation, open the box cover to check. Generally, it is caused by bearing damage, excessive gear meshing backlash, serious tooth surface wear, and other reasons.
