A retailer from Australia, who mainly sells clothes and shoes, bought our full electric order picker EP series, with a maximum platform height of 4.5m and a load capacity of 300kg, for picking and sorting goods in its own warehouse. Because his work is very frequent, we recommended our full electric model for him, so that he can operate it on the platform for lifting and moving operations. Since the customer's use scene requires low noise, we removed the buzzer and strobe light of the product according to his requirements and kept the horn, which can be controlled by the control handle in the platform. In terms of product safety, the platform guardrail is designed to open the door inwards in two directions to prevent staff from operating errors and the danger of opening the door and falling to the ground. The emergency lowering valve is designed so that it can still be manually released in the event of an accidental power failure to lower the platform to the ground.
